Spanish + Cookery Course
Malaca Instituto provides you with the chance to improve your Spanish and learn to prepare and appreciate classical Andalucian dishes with other like-minded people.
Málaga's local cuisine is a variant of the world famous Mediterranean diet.
Here you find the freshest fish and seafood, fabulous olive oil, local fruit, vegetables, nuts and pulses - the basic natural ingredients of the regional gastronomy.
The course is a combination of our Intensive Course of general Spanish with cookery lessons and visits and activities related to food and wine.
A typical week can include the following:
- Spanish language classes
- 2 cookery sessions (complete menus)
- Meals with the teacher
- Visit to the central market
- Talk on Spanish wines
- Tapas demonstration by students from the leading cookery school (La Cónsula)
